Returns & Exchanges

At IVG, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Simply ensure your items are in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your IVG account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your return within 5-7 business days of receipt.
